The patient was suffering from severe mechanical lower back pain with PLID level (L4-L5) (L5-S1) with wasting left lower limb and limited all activities since last one and a half year, caused by RTA in the middle east country.(Dubai). He was seen by several Neurologistsand Orthopedic specialists both in Bangladesh and abroad. He was strongly suggested for operation. Due to operation phobia he refused to go for operation then he came to our clinic we suggest him for trial treatment, after receiving 15 days of physiotherapy treatment his disease prognosis was highly satisfactory.
