Just a ten minute walk from my house is the rock outcrop known as Cerro Kua.

It's vertical sides rise high above the surrounding trees giving views right across the valley.

The best known feature of the hill is it's large natural rock archway through which it is possible to climb to reach a plateau overlooking the surrounding countryside.

All around the hill there is a thick growth of greenery provided by the native plants that grow all about in abundance.

It is a clean, litter free area which is popular with tourists from near and far.
