Another clear win for Trump — and this one came courtesy of three Biden-appointed judges. The Court of Appeals just vacated a rogue district judge’s order that tried to force Congress and the Executive to keep funneling Medicaid money to Planned Parenthood. Not paused. Thrown out.

The trial judge claimed Congress “punished” Planned Parenthood by cutting funds. The appeals court wasn’t buying it. Congress has broad authority over taxing and spending, and setting conditions on funding is not a bill of attainder, not an equal-protection violation, and not a First Amendment stunt.

Bottom line: judges don’t get to override Congress because they like the policy outcome. The law held. Planned Parenthood lost. And Trump keeps stacking wins — even in front of Biden judges.
