I first wrote my POTS survival kit blog post at the end of 2016 having been diagnosed earlier that year, I then went on to do an updated version last summer as I'd found so many more tips & tricks since then. But even in a year, I've found more products, tips and hacks to help manage my POTS symptoms better and after the success of my EDS Survival Kit Video I thought you guys would love to see a POTS one in video form too! POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) is a form of dysautonomia which can cause a huge range of difficult symptoms from high heart rates and low blood pressure to dizziness, fatigue, headaches, digestion issues and so much more.
