Blog:

Gomen is a popular Ethiopian dish made with collard greens and spices. As a vegan dish, it's a flavorful and nutritious option for those who follow a plant-based diet. To make Gomen, the collard greens are cooked with garlic, ginger, onion, and a blend of spices such as turmeric and cumin. The dish is often served with injera, a sourdough flatbread made from teff flour that's a staple in Ethiopian cuisine.

In addition to being delicious, Gomen is also a great source of vitamins and minerals, especially iron and calcium. Collard greens are high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, making this dish a healthy choice for anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellness.

Whether you're a vegan or just looking to try something new, Gomen is an excellent dish to add to your recipe collection. It's easy to make and can be enjoyed as a main course or as a side dish. So why not give it a try and experience the flavors of Ethiopian cuisine today!
