Request 72 is located at the Nursing Station in Galaxy Hall in Jubilife Village. Talk to Pesselle to receive the request.

To unlock this request you need to have reached The Sleeping Lord of the Tundra main story mission. You also need to have completed request 34: Croagunk's Curative Poison. After completing Request 34 you need to follow up with Pesselle by talking to her one more time during the day which will allow you to receive the new request and put the request icon above her head.

For this request Pesselle will ask you to gather 100 Medicinal Leeks for her. You can buy them easily from the Ginkgo Guild merchants rather than farming them up in Obsidian Fieldlands manually.

Return to Pesselle in the Galaxy Hall and give her the 100 Medicinal Leeks to complete the request and receive your reward of an Adamant Mint and Modest Mint. This reward is VERY good. You can use the Adamant Mint on your best Physical Attacker to change their nature to Adamant and you can use the Modest Mint on your best Special Attacker to change their nature to Modest.
