Inside Bar Trading Strategy | How I use the Inside Bar to MAXIMIZE Profit

How I use the Inside Bar... The Inside Bar is a bit of a mystery to a lot of traders, and throughout all of my research, I cannot find a definitive answer as to what it actually represents, so what I have done is developed my own theories into what the Inside Bar actually is and I've incorporated it into my own forex trading strategy.

Much like with any candlestick formation, the Inside Bar has different levels of 'power' depending on where it can be found on the chart. If in doubt - always look left.

The Two main areas that I like to use an Inside Bar is at the apex of a swing, or within the middle of a strong trending market.

I believe that the inside bar is simply the selling / letting go of open positions within a trending market and a series of retail traders getting stuck in the wrong direction, essentially creating market liquidity to retest the area and shoot off in the opposite direction.
