THIS is why your body will never be instagram worthy (and influencers bodies aren't either)

Want to know the REAL reason your body will never look like an influencer’s or be ‘Instagram worthy’? It’s because with the current beauty standards that are displayed on social media, NONE of us can ever be Instagram worthy, including these beautiful influencers. With all the editing apps available to us, what we expect normal human bodies to look like has become so distorted. Instead of appreciating female bodies for their beautiful differences, we have come to expect that one size fits all. We should ALL be skinny but super fit and toned, we should have a tiny waist but big booty, we should have thick hips and thighs but a thigh gap, we should have big boobs but they need to be perky too. It’s too much. Women come in all shapes and sizes, and to expect us all to look the same is making us hate our bodies, and punish ourselves for something that isn’t our fault. In this video I want to show you just how easy it is to manipulate what your body looks like on social media. This used to be just pictures, however you can now edit your body shape in moving video too. Not only is this detrimental to our OWN self esteem, when we realise we don’t look like our edited images, but very damaging to others who may be looking at our altered images. Now yes, we all like to look good in pictures and video, and working your angles or aiming for good lighting isn’t a bad thing. Its still you, just in a flattering manner. Its when we artificially edit what we look like that problems arise.

If you get a moment, please share this video with anyone you know that compares themselves to the influencers they see on social media. They need to know that what they see isn’t usually real. And also if you have some free time, please show some love to the influencers in this video. They get vile comments about their bodies on the daily, and they are real humans with real emotions and insecurities too. They need to know that their unposed, un-angled, normal lighting bodies are just as stunning as their Instagram bodies.
