A middle-aged woman named Maaya seeks help from the CID bureau, reporting her daughter Lakshita in the supposedly haunted town of Kothgarh. Lakshita allegedly fell off the balcony of her room. The CID team, determined to uncover the truth, adopts fake identities to investigate the case further, with Daya intentionally choosing the room with the haunted balcony.
