This is video taken at the hang gliding picnic held by the "Southern Tier Skysurfers" (chapter of USHGA) at Tuscarora Mt. on 7/7/1990, to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the opening of the site in Windsor NY.

The pilots are Steve Houser, Bob Langer, Bob Fitch, Bob Murphy, Ron Kittredge, Dan Walter, Mark Clark and Dale Sherman.
