Huli Huli Chicken Wings take use Hawaiian flavors like Brown Sugar, Soy And Ginger to make a Huli Huli glaze that we will apply during the end of the cook that will set tase chicken wings off.

I am a fan of the carson rodizio particularly when it comes to cook wings - The spin around getting crispy over the hot coals and absorb all kinds of wonderful grill flavors. This was our second cook using the Carson Rodizio and am already looking forward to the next one.

To make these Huli Huli Chicken Wings I start by selecting good chicken that is not treated with a bunch of antibiotics so that the skin is nice and thin and will render down to make crispy skin. I apply a light coat of GQue BBQ the rub and place them on the skewer so that airflow will get in-between each wing. I let them roll until the internal temperature reaches about 145 degrees and the rub is set then I apply the Huli Huli Glaze.

Recipe for Huli Huli Glaze
Brown Sugar
Ketchup
Soy Sauce
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Garlic
Ginger

I brush the glaze on the wings and let it setup on the wings and continue to cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
