Leg Exercises In Heels Episode3 | Maria Altamia Rosenkranz

I have a few pairs of pleaser platform shoes since I joined several pole dance classes from April 2017 to December 2019, and some of those classes were floor work in heels. Since then, I've been trying to work out and train at my own pace in my own home. I know I still have a lot of work to do, and that's why I've been practicing regularly, and this time I'm doing a lot of leg exercises in heels. I hope that my workout routines can provide some source of inspiration to others.
