Our review of the Lumia 640 is here. We saw this phone on sale for only $30 and just could not pass the deal up. After going from the Microsoft Store to every other store, we finally found one at our local Walmart with only two left in stock. This phone packs a punch with a great value, great experience, unreal battery life, and pretty decent hardware for a Windows Phone. I would be more than happy to recommend this phone, and am using it along side my Android as a "daily driver".
