Matte Nails With Rose And Polka Dot Nail Design: Friday's video is a matte nail art tutorial, with polka dot and rose nail idea.
First of all apply base coat to protect your natural nails.
Paint your nails:
red: thumb and ring nails,
white: middle nail and
black index and little nails.
Let them dry.

Paint the rose over the red nails by using a thin nail art brush and black nail polish.

By a small dotting tool make polka dot design over the black and white nails using the opposite color.

Finish the design with top coat.
