Official rules for TheSSMotion Xmas Toymation Fest 2013

Dates:
-Submissions are open on the 10th of November. All submissions received before the day will NOT be entered
-All submissions must be received by the 1st December 2013. All submissions not received by this date will NOT be entered.
-Judging will be open from the 1st December to the 22nd of December. NO VOTES will be counted after the 22nd of December.
-A panel of judges still to be announced will judge the top 10 videos and decide on the top 3. These votes will be entirely none-0biased and TheSSMotion will get one single joint vote.
-The 3 winners will be announced on the 25th of December and will receive prizes on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd voting scheme.
-Prizes, yet to be fully announced will then be sent off week beginning 6th January.

Animation Guidelines:
1) The animation entries must be no more than 6 minutes long and no less than 2 minutes.
2) The animations must contain only Mega Bloks branded merchandise and must be solely based around Halo. The animations may contain cameo appearances from other Mega Bloks products e.g. Skylanders.
3) The animations must contain no harsh language or gory image/content.
4) The animation must be based around the theme of Christmas.
ANIMATIONS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA WILL NOT BE ENTERED AND THE CREATOR WILL BE CONTACTED WITH A LIST OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.

Remember:
-The competition is not based on the quality of the finished product. Video camera quality and budget will not necessarily be taken into consideration for the end vote. The voting will be based on skill, dedication, time spent and plot line, not on the expense of the project.
-A full set of 4 videos will be posted prior to the submission deadline with top tips and tricks to make a good animation top help you before the submission deadline.
-During the competition there will be fan favourite panel videos where TheSSMotion pick their favourite videos of the week. To increase your chance of being spotted and chosen, share your videos on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Email
Submission:
-You MUST submit to ONE of the following FOUR options. If you submit to more than one of these, you may not be entered.
ALL ANIMATION ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE THE NAME, AGE, LOCATION AND TITLE OF THE ANIMATION. ENTRIES WITHOUT THIS CRITERIA WILL NOT BE ENTERED.

-YouTube: Upload the video to your account. Share link with Email or Simon Thessmotion. The video title must contain name, age, location and animation title.

All animations will be uploaded to TheSSMotion's YouTube account and no likes or views will count on any video not uploaded by TheSSMotion. Views does not affect the standing of the video. Only likes. TheSSMotion and the company Mega Brands do not take any personal responsibility or liability for any none receive of applications, errors in video production and general errors. Comments are disabled on all video entries and all users that are found to have a disturbing code of conduct will be removed from the competition. TheSSMotion will ban and remove any negative members of the community and community members that have an unorthodox code of conduct. Negative disliking of a video will not affect the videos status and only likes will be counted towards the overall end of the competition. Any member that is found to be disliking other videos will be removed from the competition.
