The Phantom Ranger was like the sixth ranger of the Turbo Rangers in a way, but being more like a secret figure who would assist the Rangers, using his cool invisibility powers. While also taking apart of the search for Zordon as well as battle in Countdown to Destruction, we don’t really know about them, or even who is under that helmet.
