Hi friends! I'm thrilled to inform you that my new experiment came out successfully, and my family and friends love this 4D cake so much. Hope you can try sometime.

Here I want to share some tips with you:
* When making isomalt stems, some stems would break, so it is recommended making a few more stems as backup.

* I tried to squeeze isomalt stem into the styrofoam, to temporarily hold the buttercream flowers but this doesn't work, as isomalt is sticky, the foam would stick to isomalt! It is better to find some small cups or containers.

* Do not let isomalt to touch the kitchen tissue directly, as it would stick to isomalt. The best way is to squeeze a little foil.

* After experiments, I found that isomalt stems tend to break after 3 days in the fridge, probably due to the heavy petals, so I strongly recommend finishing (eating) the cake in 3 days. Alternatively, try to make smaller petals to reduce he weight of the isomalt stem. I'll try this way next time.

*This 4D flower cake is decorated with many flowers, so it is highly recommended to use at least two x 5-inch cakes or more to ensure that each flower doesn't fall off.

* When adding texture on the cake, do not chill, you must do it right after you apply buttercream frosting on the cake, so it would be quite soft and smooths easily. Otherwise, it is difficult to proceed.
