With the bat, Dimitri displays a clean and confident technique, capable of anchoring an innings or accelerating when required. His shot selection is composed, yet he is always ready to unleash powerful strokes, making it easy for him to clear the boundary with confidence.
Dimitri is an exceptional leg break bowler, known for his ability to deceive batsmen with sharp turn and unpredictable variations. His control of line and length makes him a consistent threat, while his subtle changes in pace and flight keep opponents guessing. With an impressive command of variations, he has developed a reputation for delivering unplayable deliveries that can shift the momentum of a game.


Early Training: Began his cricket journey at age 7 with K. Rampat Cricket Academy (Trinidad & Tobago), training there until moving to Canada in 2022. He still is part of the academy and his career is followed closely by Krishan Rampat.

Canada Experience: Continued development and competition with Tranzac Cricket Club and Mississauga Ramblers Cricket Club. Currently training and playing with Nationals Cricket Academy, where he also serves as U19 Captain.

International Youth Experience: Represented Trinidad & Tobago National U16 (2021 & 2022), played undefeated in 2022.

• Currently represents Ontario U19 in the Cricket Ontario Youth Regional Championship.

In addition to his playing career, Dimitri holds an ICC Foundation Certificate and plans to complete his ICC Level 1 Coaching Certification when eligible. Trained extensively under the guidance of his father, who remains his main coach and mentor, he continues to develop both as a player and a future leader in cricket.
