Welcome to Mundy Mill we are currently selling in the White Oak Park section of this neighborhood. There are two-story and ranch-style homes that are being built.

Greer: I am thrilled to be here today with Ward from Chafin Communities and we are out here at this gorgeous pool and we are in the neighborhood of Mundy Mill. And so Ward, I understand that this amenity package in this neighborhood is very impressive. So I've got to know more.

Ward: This is a fabulous acre spread for all of our homeowners here. We have a playground, swimming pool, lots of pavilions, and the tennis courts of course.

Greer: And I actually understand that there is more than one amenity center is that right?

Ward: That's right. This is our main amenity center. There is also a brand new swimming pool at White Oak Park which is where are new homes are under construction and we have an original pool back in the Creekside section.

Greer: Ok so lots of pools to choose from so I love that it's great to have options with your amenities. And like you mention you're building some new homes now and I understand there is some availability so talk to me about what these homes are like.

Ward: So we have 75 homes sites which are not built yet and those are available for purchase on a presale. We have nine different floor plans. Currently, pricing is $450s-$600s and we have a Preswick model home which is our five-bedroom 4 bath, white, farmhouse style model home in the White Oak Park section.

Greer: And what are some of the features that you are going to find in the model?

Ward: We have a 7ft shower which is frameless glass and all tile, two shower heads, and that's an upgrade for the master shower. We have EVP flooring which is also an upgrade and a smart home package.

Greer: Well tell me more about this smart home package as I know this is something new that you are offering this year.

Ward: Yes, it's actually an included feature in any new Chafin home so it comes with an Echo Show, and the Ring Doorbell included as well, there is a door lock feature so you can download the app and do your door from any where in the world. And there is also the thermostat, the Ecobee thermostat is included.

Greer: Well I know having all of that technology home buyers are going to love that and home buyers are going to love they can pick a home site. You have 70 still available so if they want to find out more what is the best way to do that?

Ward: The best way to do that is to come on out to the neighborhood. We got a great Preswick model home as we talked about it earlier on Silver Oak Drive in Gainesville at Mundy Mill.
