How To File EPF Return Online| How to Generate and File ECR | ईपीएफ का Online Return कैसे फ़ाइल करें

PFO launched Electronic Challan Cum Return (ECR) 2.0 with effect from 20 Dec 2016. Employers must register their establishments and create their user ID and password on the EPFO site.

To generate the PF ECR file, perform the following actions:
1. Navigate to Reports-Reports -Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. In the search box, enter PF - ECR Format. The PF - ECR Format form appears.
3. From the PF Filing Location dropdown list, select the required location.
4. From the Type dropdown list, select the required option.
5. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the name of the column which will appear first in the report.
6. Click Options to customize the report.
7. Click Save to save the customization.
8. Click Generate to generate the PF - ECR Format report.
