The fancy graphics is good and all, but the gameplay is the same. During the first round, Rugal barely has any moves, but can still kick your arse if you're not careful. He can be easily exploited by tricking him into blocking a jumping attack and then throwing. The real fight starts after you KO him once. Stay on the defensive: bait him into approaching you and counter with a good crouching mid attack. Going on the offensive will inevitably result in eating a Genocide Cutter, so I advise against it.
