Forgiveness, why is it important?

"That power that you have inside of yourself. It's a power that in a sense we lock away. We don't want to allow it out because we have been hurt so much and we have been thought to put that power away, that power of forgiveness. But each and every one of us need to forgive because if you don't forgive, it holds you back in life. No matter what wrongs have happened in your life, you still have to forgive to. I always say to everyone, to set yourself free, to give you more courage, more confidence and more belief in yourself."
