For the first time you have four party members so use this to your advantage. Starting off Kloe has a Craft that debuffs enemies, the boss should ALWAYS be debuffed unless you desperately need to heal. Agate should be attacking and if you can, use Wild Rage to abuse his S - Break. Olivier should be dealing Art damage and Estelle should be switching between offense and healing. You can interrupt his Craft so make sure you do so since your whole party has an Impede Craft.
