Level 1 Weapon Clear! Encore + Sanhua Destroy Scar - Tower of Adversity [Wuthering Waves 1.2]

since scar is about to go soon i thought i would post this! i did something like this last month but it's still possible c:

last tower level 1 weapons (featuring encore + jiyan teams + no variation verina):    • I used Level 1 Weapons to Full Crest ...  
encore+sanhua is still one of the strongest teams as of 1.2 despite all the new characters that came out. i think it excels not only in speedruns but also in a 2 minute scenario just because of how easy it can loop it's rotation~

this rotation favours using as many libs as possible over buffing every lib. 125~130+ ER is needed to make it as smooth as possible. not using forte here at all~
if not as fast, you can do something similar but buff every liberation instead. this will turn the 16~17 rotation into a 20~second rotation (using inferno rider, heron, bell on every liberation) but it's still fine!

i honestly find stuff like level 1 weapon runs pretty nice to showcase sometimes since long rotation loops will often differ compared to speedruns
