Описание к видео The New FIFA Agent Regulations Explained

I had the pleasure of co-hosting (along with Erkut Sogut and Jessie Englehart) the FABS22 weekend conference of sport industry talks, Q&A's and career discussions.

During the first day, Erkut and I talked about the new FIFA agents regulations. We covered explained the:

🧢 Commission Cap
✏️ Exam
💻Ongoing professional development
⚽️ Manager Representation
💶 Ban on representing all parties
💡Conflicts of interest provisions
💷 Idea of players paying their agents
🚸Minors rules
⏳ Dispute Chamber called Agents Chamber of the Football Tribunal

Specifically the commission cap sets out how:

3% of player’s gross remuneration if acting for player
3% of player’s gross remuneration if acting for purchasing club
(Possibility of 6% in total)

10% of transfer fee if acting for releasing club (or 10% of gross
remuneration if no transfer fee)
