The Training Series // Rapid Training - Bespoke Session with Ryan!

Hey Everyone!

Biking is my life, my absolute passion.

I am a perfectionist who is very hard on herself and strive to be the best I can be. This includes riding motorcycles!

I am content in my mind that I am a relatively safe rider but I LOVE the thought of continuous improvement and never settling for where you are at now.

This year I made it a mission of mine to tackle all of the training that could be thrown at me and I've started with Rapid Training.

Rapid Training is training that, in my opinion understands real world biking. They know what goes on, they know the nature of motorcycles, however they want to make you as safe as humanly possible whilst riding on the roads.

My session with one of the trainers Ryan was a bespoke session where I told him what I wanted to work on and we set out to do it!

I honesty believe that this training has opened my eyes and changed the way I ride for the better.
