Recipe and ingredients:

5 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Turmeric.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
1 eggplant.
400 g minced meat.
Paprika.
Oregano.

Ingredients for the sauce:

4 cloves of garlic.
5 tablespoons of soy sauce.
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

1. Dice 5 potatoes and fry until golden brown in olive oil.
2. Salt, pepper, add turmeric and mix well.
3. Put the fried potatoes in a baking dish.
4. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil.
5. Coarsely grate 1 carrot and fry with onion.
6. Dice 1 eggplant and fry with vegetables.
7. Evenly distribute fried vegetables over potatoes on a baking sheet.
8. Take 400 g of minced meat, add salt, paprika, oregano and mix well.
9. Make meatballs from the minced meat and place on top of the vegetables on a baking sheet.

I suggest making a delicious sauce for the casserole:

10. Finely grate 4 cloves of garlic and add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce.
