For a generic 10 plant farm (you'll need more items depending on what you build)
28 glass
25 redstone
20 roof blocks
20 hoppers (+20 or 30 if you are building sugarcane)
20 chests
10 target blocks
10 dispensers
10 pistons
10 dirt/grass
2 repeaters
4 solid blocks
2 slabs
1 redstone torch
1 lever

bonemeal
you might also need more redstone, blocks, glass, slabs, hoppers, or repeaters depending on the exact design you build:)
