How to Make non-Gmail Email Address to Google Account (2024)

You need to use Google services with your non-Google email address, and you don’t want to use a gmail.com account. You might have a work Microsoft Outlook email address, and you need to access Google Analytics, AdWords, YouTube, Google Cloud, Google Maps, Google Business, or any of the hundreds of other Google Services.

Enabling your own email with a Google account is better than a gmail.com account because:

It's yours and yours only
You don't need to share passwords, and therefore securing the account is easier
When you are working as a team different permissions can be applied to each user on your accounts
