Sir Charles Bowman is a British accountant who served as the 690th Lord Mayor of London. Sir Charles specialises in delivering audit, assurance and capital market transaction services to larger listed and multi-national companies and is considered one of the leading global minds on financial services. He has chaired the Assurance Panel and the Audit and Assurance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). Sir Charles has been a member of its governing body and a Trustee and Chairman of the Lord Mayor's Appeal.

Sir Charles was elected as the Alderman of the Ward of Lime Street in the City of London and served as one of the two Sheriffs of the City of London. Sir Charles Bowman is described as one of the most forward thinkers in learning, development and engagement initiatives; he is passionate about social mobility, inclusion and ethics.

Today, he helps and encourages the early unlocking of the city's future talent to help businesses understand how these shifts impact society and marketplace behaviour. He was knighted in the 2019 Queen's Birthday Honours for services to trust in business, international trade and the City of London.



Dambisa Felicia Moyo, Baroness Moyo, is a Zambian economist and author who specialises in macroeconomic analysis and global affairs. She has written five books, including four New York Times bestsellers: Dead Aid: Why Aid Is Not Working and How There Is a Better Way for Africa, How the West Was Lost: Fifty Years of Economic Folly – And the Stark Choices Ahead, Winner Take All: China's Race for Resources and What It Means for the World, Edge of Chaos: Why Democracy Is Failing to Deliver Economic Growth – and How to Fix It and How Boards Work: How They Can Work Better in a Chaotic World.

Moyo was named one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” in 2009, with Paul Wolfowitz describing her as part of the generation of Africans who embraced the private sector and modern finance as a means of encouraging economic development

A life peerage was announced for Moyo in October 2022, as part of the 2022 Special Honours; she was created Baroness Moyo, of Knightsbridge in the City of Westminster, in November 2022.
