It’s great to know a bunch of holds, but they all become irrelevant if you can’t work your way out or set them up. Here is another snippet from a recent EPW class in Perth where I discussed 2 different counters for the Arm Bar, based on the Stack & Hitchhiker Escapes from the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Submission Grappling realm. Knowing both means that you have both a pinning option and multiple submission options to complete the escape!
