UNIVAQ developed a mobile hydrometallurgical process (patented) for the electrochemical recovery of copper and precious metals (mainly silver and gold) from obsolete PCBs (either fragmented or entire ones). The video shows a lab-scaled test of the chemical process and the resulting materials.
