Описание к видео Netanyahu To Support Nigerian Christians+Akpabio Forgives Natasha+Remi Tinubu & NewYear Baby|OjyOkpe

In Plateau State, anger and grief engulfed communities after the killing of nine people during a crossover night attack in Jos South Local Government Area, with some residents describing the attack as Christian genocide.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that Israel is developing a formal agenda to support and protect Christian communities in Nigeria, making Israel the only nation to publicly side with the U.S.

In Adamawa State, ISWAP burned down a Christian village threatening residents to convert to Islam or die. ISWAP had launched a series of attacks on Christian villages in the region in apparent retaliation to the U.S. airstrikes in Sokoto.

Reacting to the report, US Congressman Riley Moore condemned the attacks, stating that the violence against Christians in Nigeria is clear example of Christians being persecuted for their faith in Jesus Christ.

In Maiduguri, a suicide bomber identified as Ibrahim Mohammed made headlines this week after revealing rare insight into how he was paid up to N100,00 naira to detonate bombs, including the Gamboru Market Mosque attack that killed five on Christmas Eve.

In Lagos, three brothers who had been missing for a week after a building collapsed died despite pleas from their family and associates for the state government to rescue them from the building's rubble.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State government ordered all residents and businesses around the building to leave the area, stating that experts warned against the danger to lives within a 100 meters radius.

Lagos State Governor Sanwo Olu was expected to revisit the scene of the building collapse on Friday.

In another development, the Ogun State Police Command confirmed the arrest of the driver, Kayode Adeniyi, involved in the deadly crash that killed two of Anthony Joshua's associates on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

Joshua was discharged from the hospital, with the Lagos and Ogun State governments describing him as "heavy hearted" over the loss of his close friends and colleagues.

In politics, Senate President Godswill Akpabio's announcement that he is withdrawing all defamation lawsuits against critics after being moved by a priest's New Year sermon on peace and forgiveness was met with mixed reactions on social media.
