It's a heck of a journey to get to this location so it definitely played a role in the design as did a tight budget.
This project will most certainly will go on and on with additions and modifications. I try to add chapters when I can. However I don't get to go to the property as much as I would like.
I did consider the chemicals used in pressure treated lumber. It was never my intention to live in this structure. Several factors led me to using this material.
The interior is getting several coats of interior polyurethane.
What I did not show in the videos was the ventilation in the ceiling/gable ends as well as the floor. I wanted this thing to be able to breathe.
This has been one of my hopes/dreams. Life events led me to make the decision to go after it. We only have one shot at this life.
