Ye Shehr Mera یہ شہر میرا was a famous Radio series about Memories of OLD KARACHI. It reminds me of a famous Urdu song: ( Bandar Road Se Kimari ) first sung by Ahmed Rushdi, later by Moin Akhter. This was about Classical Karachi; circa 1950s 60s; the early Post Colonial Era. The theme of the show revolved around this City of Lights's landscapes, beautiful scenes, vintage buildings, and architecture, mostly built under British Rule; in Colonial times. It is all about our Purana Karachi Nostalgia. Ye Karachi ki Kahani hai.
