Lineout Blocking / "Double Banking" / James Ryan / Maro Itoje - Maul Defence

Lineout Blocking, "Double Banking" or whatever obstruction you call this in your respective country is being picked up more and more from referees which is good. However, all is not how it appears as we see here in this example where Maro Itoje of England. It's a great maul defence tool for teams to employ anyway even if it does not result in a penalty.
