Following Matt, my chat with Ian of the Barefoot Backpacker has some overlaps, and you might be surprised to hear how anxious Ian can be despite having travelled, on his own no less, to some really off-the-beaten-path destinations.
 
Finally, I chat with psychologist Kristen Truempy who as always has some wise words about anxiety and what we should do about it to help us travel more.
