I’ve learned this the hard way through addiction, mental illness, and now living with cancer. Tomorrow is not guaranteed, but today is available.

You don’t have to do everything.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to do something.

Get up. Take a step. Make the call. Start the thing.
Get busy living — because waiting quietly turns into regret.
