We unfortunately have found ourselves living in a world where much of who we are, what we want and how we feel goes unseen and unheard.

There’s always more to someone than what meets the eye or what they may show to you on the outside.While we don’t have to accept that treatment and attempt to understand them, which probably can make navigating those interactions vastly easier.

It’s important to set boundaries to protect our own peace, while still treating others with kindness and having empathy for the fact that everyone is going through something, even if they aren’t able to show it. Let’s put some effort in treating everyone with kindness.
