For five years, YBI has been dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth with workforce readiness, business development skills, and community support. What started as a vision has transformed into a movement—serving thousands, raising over $50,000, and creating life-changing opportunities for young people.

Founded by Dajuan Wiggins at 19, YBI was inspired by the success of Black Wall Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since its launch in 2020 during the pandemic, YBI has:
✅ Hosted annual community basketball tournaments 🏀
✅ Launched the "Dissecting Business" and Entrepreneurship Summer Program 💡
✅ Helped young people secure jobs through Workforce Development 💼
✅ Established a middle school after-school program 📚
✅ Opened a new 8,000 sq. ft. facility to serve more youth 🏢
