Their criminal enterprise involved robbing the wealthy and redistributing stolen goods, earning them both notoriety and civilian support across occupied territories. When Cirilla of Cintra joined them as the seventh member under the name Falka, she descended into violence and darkness, embracing the gang's brutal methods during her months living as an outlaw. The Rats' story concluded in the town of Jealousy, where the legendary bounty hunter Leo Bonhart systematically destroyed them in minutes of overwhelming violence, capturing Ciri and collecting their heads as trophies. They represent a dark chapter in the Witcher's world - a cautionary tale about youth, trauma, belonging, and the fatal consequences of confidence built on limited success.
