Our exploration has traced the theme of Naam from Ashtapadis 16-20 and now moves through "Aap" in Ashtapadis 21-23. Soon, we will return to where we began—resting in the heart. These recurring themes in Sukhmani Sahib mirror and deepen each other, guiding us toward a peace that belongs to both this world and beyond.

With just two weeks left to complete Sukhmani Sahib, next week’s meditation will also cover the word "Rang" (color), in honor of Holi, as we explore the first pada of Ashtapadi 23.
