A few weeks ago I reviewed the THCB SPAC merger with the EV battery maker Microvast. At the time I saw a lot of red flags and the bear case won, making it seem like a very poor stock to buy now now.

We've got a lot more information now though, with the release of the investor presentation. On top of that, some news stories broke and the stock price has surged. What's going on? Was I wrong about this one?
