Recently, we got new leaks about the 4.0 region banner and changes.

Today, we will be discussing the updated banners from honkai star rail 3.8 to 4.4 in detail.

Starting with Version 3.8, this is where everything spirals. Our new queen enters the battlefield, Dalia, also known as The Dahlia, Fire Nihility, and she is a full blown Super Break Enabler. She boosts Weakness Break Efficiency, accelerates toughness depletion, and lets your team deal Super Break damage before breaking a shield. Her Ultimate reduces enemy DEF and implants any elemental weakness you want. She forces weakness types so your DPS can shred anything and she triggers follow up attacks from allies. She is elegant and scary.

3.8 is Break rerun central with likely reruns like Rappa, Boothill, Fugue, and Lingsha. And in Phase 2, I might rerun too. Yes, your cute Acheron. Comment “Cute Acheron” or I will step on you next patch.

Version 4.0 flips the switch and introduces the Path of Elation. Leading is Sparkle SP, also known as Hanami. She is a Fire Elation DPS using massive fixed damage nukes. Her rotation is high tempo with huge burst. Her best support is Base Sparkle because queens support queens.

Alongside her is Yao Guang, one of the Seven Arbiter Generals of the Xianzhou Cloud Knights. Very little is known but insiders say she might be stronger than Sparkle SP. She is likely a tactical DPS or sub DPS with counters and strategy buffs. Possible reruns include Cerydra and maybe Base Sparkle.

Version 4.1 spotlights IPC and Galaxy Rangers. Pearl, one of the Ten Stonehearts, appears as a follow up support or DPS hybrid. La Mancha, leader of the Galaxy Rangers, is rumored to be an Emanator of the Hunt with break oriented mechanics. Reruns expected are Yunli and Dr. Ratio.

Version 4.2 is the anniversary patch. Yae Sakura SP is coming to HSR as an Ice Elation unit scaling with Elation teammates. She is elegant, deadly, and anniversary tier busted. Silver Wolf SP also arrives as an Erudition unit with full AoE Quantum damage. Possible reruns include Sparkle SP, Base Sparkle, Hera, or Jade.

Version 4.3 brings Blade SP with zero kit details and Himeko SP who is said to rival Yae Sakura SP in power. Both are mystery and hype.

Version 4.4 brings Aventurine SP and Robin SP with no kit details but massive anticipation.

Now my opinion. Dalia in 3.8 is tempting. Sparkle SP in 4.0 is instant pull. Yae Sakura SP in 4.2 is a must pull even at 0 jades. Blade SP looks promising. Himeko SP has a special place in my heart. Aventurine SP and Robin SP in 4.4 might destroy wallets.
