Bake in 200 degrees for 20 min

Boter 200 gram
Citroen schil een theelepel
1 ei
Bakpoeder 1 theelepel
Zout 3 gram
Meel 300 gram

Laat het deeg voor 30 minuten rusten in de koelkast.

Voor de vulling:
Suiker 130 gram
Amandelen 150 gram
Eiwit meer dan één

Bak 20 minuten op 200 graden
