FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION FOR THE POST OF STAFF NURSE IN DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE AND TELANGANA VAIDYA VIDHANA
PARISHAD (HEALTH, MEDICAL& FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT) VIDE
NOTIFICATION NO. 57/2017
(GENERAL RECRUITMENT)
It is hereby notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 11/03/2018 for
the Post of Staff Nurse in DPH&FW and TVVP Notification. No. 57/2017, candidates with
the following Hall Ticket Numbers are provisionally picked up at the ratio of 1:2 for
Certificate Verification against a total number of 3311 vacancies. The Online Certificate
Verification is scheduled to be held from 13/11/2020 to 19/11/2020. Candidate should
upload their certificates through online only. Offline (manual certificate submission) cannot
be entertained. Failing of which, candidates will NOT be admitted in further process of
selection. Their request for a due date submission of certificates will not be entertained. As
per the terms and conditions of the Notification, the candidates must possess the requisite
qualifications as on the date of Notification. The Commission reserves every right to reject
the candidature of any candidate, if he/she found not eligible for any reason at any stage of
recruitment. Admission of candidates for Verification of Certificates does not confer any right
for Final Selection.
Candidates may note that marks given for experience of year of passing of qualifying
examination will be considered after conformation of the Medical and Health department
after online certificates verification. Therefore the candidates must upload certificates
pertaining to Provisional / Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo of General Nursing
Midwifery (GNM) / B. Sc., (Nursing) and Registration Certificate of Nursing Council of TS /
AP without fail and must upload other certificates mention below.
1). Checklist (1 Set) (Download from Commission’s website www.tspsc.gov.in).
2) Hall ticket
3) Date of Birth certificate (SSC Memo)
4) Intermediate / XII class OR Equivalent Exam
5) Provisional / Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo of General Nursing Midwifery
(GNM) / B. Sc., (Nursing) (must upload under Part-B link)
6) Registration Certificate of Nursing Council of TS / AP (must upload under Part-B link)
7) Service certificates for weightage of Experience.
8) School Study certificate from 4th to 10th class OR Certificate of Residence/Nativity
(When the candidates have not studied in School but studied privately or in open school)
9) Integrated Community certificate issued by T.S. Government with Father/Mother name
only.
10) Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC Community Candidates with father name as per
Memo No. 3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt., of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Department,
Dt:18-12- 2015.(Prescribed format hosted on Website)
11) Un-Employee declaration for claiming fee exemption for the applicants who are in the
age group of 18-44 years (OC Un Employees)
12) Disability Certificate (SADAREM Certificate) in case of PH candidates.
13) NOC from employer for Government service candidates
14) Service certificate issued by the State Government of Telangana for the candidates who
are working under T.S. Govt., and claiming age relaxation
15) Proof of Ex-servicemen, if any
