In this video we go over how you can use our Google sheets add on to create custom picklists and more, from Shipstation, Shopify or your commerce platform of choice.

First lets click on the Shipstation menu, and then click on Create Picklist. We currently have over 5000 orders awaiting shipment, and in under a minute a single consolidated Picklist has been created for those orders. This picklist can be fully customized to include any data of your choice. You can then print this checklist or download it to your desktop as wish.


Next to download the individual orders from Shipstation, we click on Shipstation, then click on orders awaiting shipment.


As you can see on the right side bar, over 5000 open orders have been imported in to this sheet.


Detailed order information for each of the individual items on these orders have now been downloaded here. We can build custom automated reports, charts and graphs based on this data if required.


You can also use the Shopify menu to load orders and product data directly from Shopify, again this is completely customizable with with rich images and barcode information.
