My Experience:
The staff here were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless. Everyone including the staff at reception, cleaning staff or the breakfast staff, everyone was welcoming. However, on one occasion, we did encounter a single reception staff member who was unnecessarily condescending (details below). The overall vibe of the hotel is modern, clean, and safe—a huge plus when staying in NYC!

Location & Access: The subway is quite near!
There are multiple options:
Queensboro Plaza station (N, W, 7 trains) is just 5 minutes walk to the hotel.
Court Square station is 5 minutes away.
Queens Plaza station is 5 minutes away.

It means you’re in Midtown Manhattan in under 15 minutes. The area felt safe and well-lit.

Breakfast Variety: The included free breakfast was a lifesaver! It had excellent variety, including hot options (scrambled eggs, cheese omlette, sweet mini donuts), fresh fruit, yoghurt, oatmeal, and a great coffee station.
Special shoutout: One morning in breakfast, they had cheese omlette with bacon in it. We requested omlette without bacon and they prepared a couple of cheese omlette without bacon for us. Thanks to them! 🙏🏻

Amenities:
Gym: The basement gym, while small, was clean and well-equipped for a quick workout.
Business Center: The lobby features a dedicated area with a computer and printer—perfect for quickly printing attraction tickets or boarding passes.
Parking: They have space for parking vehicles and it has very convenient access within the hotel.


A little disappointment:
We felt a moment of unprofessionalism from this specific individual who seemed unwilling to understand us at the reception—an attitude we did not experience with anyone else at the hotel. As for us being non-native English speakers, he not only tried to act unprofessionally but we were met with his unnecessarily condescending attitude as well. It was a moment of disappointment that impacted our otherwise perfect experience, but it should be worth noting for the hotel administration.


Nevertheless, overall I recommend the hotel 10/10.
