This Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag is made well and works great. The Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag is made of 1000D Cordura, with 210 Ripstop on the inside which provides a nice slick inside and comes with over 20 compartments to fit all your gear inside. I use this Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag everyday, and have for a few months now. The Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag is big enough for 17" laptops if you use the middle compartment and not the actual laptop compartment, the actual compartment fits 15" laptops, and secures them with a nice velcro closure. The velcro in general on this Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag is top notch and provides great holding strength no matter how much weight you put in this bag. The buckles used are rock lobsters and are very strong and I have never had any questions about this bag not staying closed, etc. Many places to store gear, with some pen holders, and velcro'd pockets, and zipper pockets on the front of the Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag, and on the inside another few pockets. So if you cannot find a place to store your gear, you must be blind with this Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag.

Moving to the concealed carry pocket, which is on the back and rides against you when slung. You open it up, and have velcro so you can purchase any velcro'd holsters to put your pistol into this concealed carry pocket, or just throw your gun in there. The paracord pulls on this Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag are strong, but I think a little over done and the 7 strands could be removed from the paracord to make a less perky pull. The top of the Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag has a zipper with two handles, so you have split the top open for immediate access to the main compartment, which is great if you need something or just do not want to open the buckles, etc. This Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag has two water bottle pockets on the ends, and are very big and I think they could get rid of the buckles on one side, and just make it the size of a naglene bottle, versus the over sized pocket that is there now. One thing I would like to see is the use of a lighter 500D Cordura on certain areas on this Vanquest ENVOY messenger bag. The only place 1000D Cordura is needed is the bottom and sides of bags, as those are the most used and abused areas. I think that Vanquest could change around some of the materials to make the bag lighter, even though it is not super heavy. I think also, they could get rid of the PALS webbing or make another option for people, as I do not use it and have no use for it as a messenger bag for work.
