I haven’t got all the answers - but honestly, who has?

Behind every business owner like me are the highs and lows: the excitement when things go right, the fear and shame when they don’t, the imposter syndrome that sneaks in, the buzz from sales, and then the crash when you can't pay bills because of cashflow.

I’m on a journey to live more in alignment with myself which means really looking at how I manage me in business, especially around the chaos and mainly the thoughts I have that can change how I feel on a daily basis.
Learning when to rest, when to push, and when to give myself grace is something I can actually say I'm good at. I can say no to things very easily, I say yes to rest because I know it does me good. But it's not always been like that. It's taken years of working on myself and learning what works for me.

I’m still figuring it out my own way but with compassion, honesty, and a fair bit of mess in between.

It’s a work in progress, but it’s changing everything - not just how I run my business, but how I show up for myself.

Who else is sick of the bullshit no one talks about when it comes to running a business? Because same. 💛
